Chef DonOpening its doors in December 2003 by husband and wife team Don Ryan and Shukuko Abe, Naked Lunch quickly earned its reputation as the Best Lunch Spot in Squamish. Chef Don brings his 25 years of hotel chef experience to the table, starting his culinary career in Ottawa before holding executive chef positions across Canada including Whistler, Banff and Edmonton.

The restaurant name “Naked Lunch” was born with one philosophy in mind: Serving simple yet good quality food with “Naked” fresh, natural ingredients. All our turkey and beef is roasted on site at the Naked Lunch, all of our meat, cheese and bread is hand sliced, and our soup of the day and salads are made fresh every morning.

The simple concept of “serving good food fast” has quickly caught on by Squamish locals and visitors alike. Together with our dedicated kitchen and serving staff, we have won Best Lunch Spot in Squamish for the last 3 consecutive years.
